I started as a tennis player. I spent years learning that technique only takes you so far — and that the gap between a good player and a great one lives entirely between the ears. When pickleball found me, the mental battlefield was the same. Just louder, faster, and with friendlier opponents.

I'm not just your pickleball coach. I'm your mental coach. I work with players who are technically ready but mentally stuck — who double-fault under pressure, who spiral after a bad point, who can't find flow when it counts.
